• Angel Blanco is a Board Certified Professional Hypnotist however, Hypnotherapy is NOT used to nor intended nor meant to diagnose or treat any disease nor is it used nor intended nor meant to replace care from a licensed Medical Doctor or Mental Health Care Professional. Angel Blanco is NOT a Medical Doctor nor does he claim to be one, thus, he does not diagnose nor prescribe anything medical nor psychological and In order to work with pain or diagnosed mental or physical conditions a referral from a licensed Qualified Health care provider, Medical Doctor, Family Physician, Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts per Florida Statues Section 485 is required. If you are under the care of a Medical Professional for any condition for which you are seeking Hypnosis or Metaphysical Healing support, you must obtain a signed and written referral from your health care provider prior to engaging in related Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy sessions.

• An Initial Strategy consultation with Angel Blanco is the first step in order to set up a personalized working plan.
  If you have been professionally diagnosed with any Medical, Mental Health or Dental Terminologies/Conditions/Issues you are hereby notified that These are only treated by the prescription, referral, supervision or direction of the appropriate licensed practitioner of the healing arts as pertaining to Florida Hypnosis Law. As a general law for those with any type of pain, a Health Care Provider/Doctor Referral is MANDATORY. 

• I (Angel Blanco) DO NOT DIAGNOSE NOR TREAT ANY DISEASE MEDICALLY, NOR DO I PRESCRIBE ANYTHING MEDICALLY BECAUSE I AM NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR NOR AM I A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL NOR AM I A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. 

• I AM A HYPNOTIST  AND MY JOB IS TO HELP YOU COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND TO SEE IF IT IS WILLING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE/PROBLEM  FOR YOU. 

• *Master Hypnotist Angel Blanco and 11 11 hypnosis LLC do not work on any diagnosed medical/mental issues, however, this disclaimer is to further reiterate that.

• If you engage in any of the services provided by Angel Blanco and 11 11 Hypnosis you are stating that you understand that the information provided by Angel Blanco and 11 11 Hypnosis is never intended to be medical advise, nor will you ever receive any diagnoses, nor will you receive any legal advise, and you understand and consent the the informed liability form and terms of Angel Blanco and 11 11 Hypnosis.
